From Steel to Finished Rifle

The tour follows the full production process: cold hammer forging the barrels, machining components, assembly, quality control, and final accuracy testing. It's a close look at how modern manufacturing and skilled hands-on work combine to produce rifles with a worldwide reputation for accuracy.

Tikka production moved to the Riihimäki facility in 1989, and today every Sako and Tikka rifle is designed and manufactured under the same roof.

Tested Before It Leaves Finland

Every finished rifle is individually proof tested and fired for accuracy before leaving the factory — quality control you don't normally get to see.
